1. Program description

Pinnacle Systems Inc ("Pinnacle," "we," "us") sends SMS text messages to customers and prospective customers who request them during an active conversation with us. Message types include: secure checkout links you request during a purchase, confirmations of meetings you book, information you ask us to send (such as details on our services), and callback confirmations. We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages, and we do not send SMS to purchased, scraped, or third-party contact lists.

2. Opt-in

You consent to receive text messages from Pinnacle by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive the requested message during a website chat session or phone call with us (for example, when our assistant asks, "I'll text that to your mobile — okay to send?" and you confirm). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Most customers receive only the individual messages they request (such as a single checkout link or booking confirmation).

4. Message and data rates may apply

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you receive from us.

5. Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you can opt in again the same way you did the first time.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

9. Changes
