How we build

Every AI agent we ship is tested the way software is tested — not the way demos are polished. Before an agent talks to a single customer, it passes an adversarial test suite: dozens of scripted scenarios where testers try to make it quote wrong prices, invent capabilities, mishandle a distressed caller, or leak what it shouldn't. It ships when it passes all of them, and every change afterward re-runs the whole suite automatically.
